Customizing wheelchair, any ideas?

I’m hoping my uncle is going to spray it for me, maybe purple. I’ve decided on some beads on the spokes (like you would get on a bike) and i think i’m going to cover the seat cushion in a different material.

You could paint flowers or something on it. You’d have to get special paint though, or it would peel. but it would look really cool if you could find good paint. varnish, maybe? Ooh! or you could spray-paint stencils on! Good Luck!
